We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems logically and critically. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the shipment process.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Customer service experience in logistics company is needed.
Elevated level of customer service orientation and keen to details.
Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to solve problems logically and critically.
Adaptability and flexibility to rapidly changing business requirements, its environments, and processes.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for answering clients' inquiries through email.
Responsible for checking rates from co-loaders, shipping lines, airlines, warehouses, and truckers.
Responsible for submission of quotations based on clients' requirements.
Responsible for coordinating with agents and clients for booking and pick-up schedules.
Responsible for monitoring shipments until arrival and submitting manifests to the CDEC (BOC system).
Responsible for coordinating with clients and account holders until the arrival of cargo.
Responsible for endorsing documents to brokers.
Perform other related activities as assigned by the immediate superior.
